Can’t describe how well taken care of I felt anytime I come to NRG. They have well trained staff for breath work that guide you through the saunas + cold plunge and such great amenities. Our nurse Kim was also so great with the IV drips. We got the SHIELD+ and Blue Methylene and I was feeling a little off before that morning and I felt my body heal faster afterwards. Definitely enjoy the social aspect of it as I’ve met some pretty amazing people in the space.

I had a chance to host a surprise birthday here too and everything was planned out perfectly with Daniel. He took the time to make little loot bags for our group too and a little special gift for the birthday boy! Daniel was a pleasure to work with! We had a last minute hiccup with getting our own cutlery + plates for our cake and he had it taken care of immediately. Will helped our group with breath work that day and we had some friends in our group who have never cold plunged before. They said that Will’s breath work guidance really helped them with the cold plunge! We had such a great time and would definitely host again. NRG also took the time to custom make a drink for our group that day and we very much so appreciated the time and effort they took to curate it. I could tell they really care about their members and go above and beyond for them whenever they can. If you’re looking to host a birthday or any team building events, this is the place to do it!
