I had the most amazing birthday celebration at NRG Haus! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth, positive energy, and exceptional hospitality. A special thank you to Ivan for helping make my day SO memorable. His passion and attention to detail shine through in every aspect of the experience- from the beautifully designed facility to the incredible drinks and overall atmosphere, everything is 10/10. You can truly feel the care and intention behind everything they do. To top it off, we were able to enjoy a world cup match at the lounge with some great beats and the most refreshing coconut water. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend NRG Haus to anyone looking for a unique wellness experience!✨

Had a birthday booking here of around 40 people. It honestly doesn’t get any better. Daniel and the team made sure all of 40 of us were taken care of. Everyone had a blast. I would 100% recommend, worth every penny.

When you walk in you can feel the warmth, from their hosts and team.

The aesthetics, are beautiful, and I love the forest green and warm tones, very grounding, with soft ambient lighting. It emphasizes comfort and tranquility.

That vibe is layered and matched with their beautiful team from the NRG bar, with crafted healthy drink mocktails. I personally went with a fresh coconut in shell.

NRG hosts/guides were great, thank you again Alex & Jacob, for guiding us with care in the sauna and the cold plunge.

Oh and if you’re into IV drip therapy, ask for Kim, she’s lovely.

All in all I highly recommend NRG, great place to connect, everyone was open and friendly. Thank you again, NRG haus.

We had such an incredible experience celebrating a birthday here. Moving through the contrast therapy circuit was amazing, but what really elevated everything was finishing with IV therapy (IV drips), gave us the perfect space to sit, hydrate, and actually connect, recap, and enjoy the moment together. This place is such a great example of sober social / sober partying done right. We even had a DJ spinning, which brought such a fun, elevated energy without needing alcohol.

The highlight was a personalized birthday slideshow during the cold plunge,honestly so epic on a jumbo 4 meter screen and completely unforgettable. The team went above and beyond to help us bring that vision to life.

If you’re looking for IV drips for recovery, hydration, or as part of a contrast therapy experience (cold plunge + sauna), this is the place. It turns wellness into something social, memorable, and genuinely enjoyable.

What stood out most was how accommodating and supportive the team was especially with first-timers. Everyone felt comfortable stepping into something new and moving through the circuit.

Can’t describe how well taken care of I felt anytime I come to NRG. They have well trained staff for breath work that guide you through the saunas + cold plunge and such great amenities. Our nurse Kim was also so great with the IV drips. We got the SHIELD+ and Blue Methylene and I was feeling a little off before that morning and I felt my body heal faster afterwards. Definitely enjoy the social aspect of it as I’ve met some pretty amazing people in the space.

I had a chance to host a surprise birthday here too and everything was planned out perfectly with Daniel. He took the time to make little loot bags for our group too and a little special gift for the birthday boy! Daniel was a pleasure to work with! We had a last minute hiccup with getting our own cutlery + plates for our cake and he had it taken care of immediately. Will helped our group with breath work that day and we had some friends in our group who have never cold plunged before. They said that Will’s breath work guidance really helped them with the cold plunge! We had such a great time and would definitely host again. NRG also took the time to custom make a drink for our group that day and we very much so appreciated the time and effort they took to curate it. I could tell they really care about their members and go above and beyond for them whenever they can. If you’re looking to host a birthday or any team building events, this is the place to do it!

NRG Haus is a phenomenal place! The sauna and cold plunge spaces were great, and the décor and ambiance throughout the venue are incredible. The staff are all super warm, welcoming, friendly, and kind—overall, just great vibes.

The lounge area is such a nice place to relax, enjoy a mocktail, and chat with friends (not to mention, the mocktails were excellent). We came in for a birthday celebration and received such a thoughtful and special welcome from the manager, Daniel, which really set the tone for the experience.

We were very happy with the amenities, and the IV therapy was an amazing added touch. Looking forward to becoming a regular here.

I’ve already visited a couple times since my first visit all within a span of a few weeks. I’m so grateful this space opened up in the neighbourhood. Can we just take a moment to appreciate the intention behind every decision in this space?! The lighting, layout, and decor is so beautifully done. I love their IV lounge (super cool atmosphere) and the extra tools you can bring into the sauna for personal use. The eucalyptus hanging off the showers is a great touch!

Visited here for the first time with my friend and all I can say is 10/10. Been to many Wellness venues and this was top tier. From the second we walked in we felt super welcome! Dan + his team were so friendly and so welcoming of the space. Between the full tour, and explaining all the amenties. Also what a bonus living next door to this and can pop over anytime. They show their support for the LV community, and such a great perk to have this in our backyard. Dan was fantastic his energy was so sweet, and great customer service.

NRG HAUS is such an incredible venue to have right here in LV. The staff is lovely, especially Sophie! Her sweet NZ accent helped coach me into the cold plunge. The entire space is DIVINE. I liked that we could chat, because I happened to bump into two my friends! I cannot wait to go back again and bring more people with me.

I’ve been going to NRG Haus for the past 2 months and it’s honestly become one of the best parts of my routine.
