Member Responsibilities
Members agree to follow all facility rules, staff instructions, safety protocols, and operational policies established by NRG Haus and Fit Factory Wellness Inc. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information at all times.
Members acknowledge that participation in sauna, cold plunge, fitness, wellness, recovery, IV therapy, and event experiences is voluntary and undertaken at their own risk.
Membership & Auto-Renewal Policy
Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
By purchasing a membership, members authorize Fit Factory Wellness Inc. to automatically charge the payment method on file for all recurring membership fees, applicable taxes, late fees, no-show fees, retail purchases, event charges, and authorized add-ons.
Pricing, schedules, operating hours, amenities, services, and programming are subject to change at any time without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.
No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued for unused time, missed visits, partial billing periods, failure to attend, or failure to properly cancel a membership before renewal.
All memberships, packages, events, services, and promotional purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Late Cancellation Fee
A late cancellation fee of $20 will be charged if a booking is cancelled within 6 hours of the scheduled start time.
Members are eligible for one courtesy late cancellation fee waiver. Additional waiver requests must be submitted via email with supporting documentation for review. Approved exceptions will only be issued as account credit to the member’s NRG Haus account. Refunds to the original form of payment will not be provided.
No Show Policy
A fee of $20 will be charged if a member fails to attend a scheduled booking without cancelling.
No-show fees will automatically be charged to the payment method on file.
Members are eligible for one courtesy no-show fee waiver. Additional waiver requests must be submitted via email with supporting documentation for review. Approved exceptions will only be issued as account credit to the member’s NRG Haus account. Refunds to the original form of payment will not be provided.
Purchase Policy
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes including Ontario HST.
All prices, memberships, packages, services, retail products, and event pricing are subject to change without notice.
Health & Medical Acknowledgment
By participating in services offered by NRG Haus, members confirm that they are physically and medically capable of participating in sauna, cold plunge, fitness, wellness, and recovery activities.
Members understand that participation may involve risks including but not limited to:
- dehydration
- dizziness
- fainting
- slips and falls
- elevated heart rate
- heat exhaustion
- cold exposure complications
- physical injury
- allergic reactions
- cardiovascular stress
- worsening of pre-existing medical conditions
Members are solely responsible for consulting with a physician before participating if they are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, neurological conditions, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, seizure disorders, or any other medical condition that may increase risk.
Members agree to immediately stop participation and notify staff if they experience discomfort, dizziness, nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath, or any abnormal symptoms.
IV Therapy Disclaimer
IV therapy and wellness injections are administered by independent licensed medical professionals.
NRG Haus and Fit Factory Wellness Inc. do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Members understand that IV therapy involves inherent medical risks including bruising, infection, allergic reactions, discomfort, swelling, vein irritation, adverse reactions, and other unforeseeable complications.
Results are not guaranteed. Participation is voluntary and at the member’s own risk.
Members must fully disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and health concerns prior to receiving treatment.
Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
You understand and acknowledge that entering and participating in activities operated by Fit Factory Wellness Inc., including but not limited to sauna, cold plunge, fitness classes, wellness services, IV therapy, recovery services, special events, outdoor events, workshops, guided experiences, and related programming under the NRG Haus brand, involves inherent and significant risks.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss arising from negligence, equipment failure, environmental conditions, participation by other guests, or unforeseen circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Fit Factory Wellness Inc., NRG Haus, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, medical providers, instructors, partners, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in any activity or use of the facility.
Infectious Illness Policy
Members agree not to attend the facility while experiencing symptoms of contagious illness including fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, or flu-like symptoms.
NRG Haus and Fit Factory Wellness Inc. cannot guarantee that members will not be exposed to viruses, bacteria, or infectious diseases while using the facility.
Personal Property
Fit Factory Wellness Inc. and NRG Haus are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings including items left in lockers, change rooms, treatment rooms, or common areas.
Photography & Media Release
You grant Fit Factory Wellness Inc. and its operating brand NRG Haus permission to use photographs, videos, recordings, testimonials, likeness, and other media captured within the facility for promotional, advertising, marketing, editorial, website, social media, and commercial purposes without compensation.
Privacy Policy
NRG Haus and Fit Factory Wellness Inc. respect member privacy and will collect, store, and use personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the company Privacy Policy.
By using the website, app, booking platform, or services, members consent to the collection and use of personal information for operational, booking, payment, marketing, communication, and service delivery purposes.
Website & Digital Services
Users agree not to misuse, interfere with, copy, exploit, or attempt unauthorized access to the NRG Haus website, booking systems, applications, or digital platforms.
Fit Factory Wellness Inc. reserves the right to suspend accounts or deny access for misuse, abusive behavior, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Modification of Terms
Fit Factory Wellness Inc. and NRG Haus reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the facility, memberships, website, or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or participation in services provided by Fit Factory Wellness Inc. shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation and mediation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the Province of Ontario, Canada, before pursuing legal action.
Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 16 years old unless accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or participating under an approved youth program with signed parental consent.

I, Customer Name, acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions provided by NRG Haus and operated by Fit Factory Wellness Inc. as of Agreement Date.
