Cold Plunge in Toronto, With a Sauna to Match
An ice bath at home is hard to stick with. At NRG Haus, the cold plunge is part of a full contrast therapy circuit: heat up in our 60-person sauna, plunge into the cold, rinse, and repeat. It’s easier to show up, and easier to stay in.
